Founder
Moved to the valley in the early 2000’s, beginning his culinary journey at Tully’s; followed by an ownership position at Wiseguy Pizza. Joe took a leap of faith in 2024 to begin his own venture: Fuego at Gannett Country Club was born.

Veronika Haynes
Born and raised in Blaine County, she took on several Management positions at Wiseguy Pizza as her culinary acumen grew rapidly. Veronika always dreamed of her own venture. In 2024, this dream became reality once Joe came to her with keys in hand for their new space.
Our Story
Shaped by the concepts of FUEGO’S previous owner: Charlie Gerard; Joe and Veronika worked alongside mentor Goose Sorensen to build a Menu with a simple objective: “Good Food at a Fair Price”
Fueled by that single objective in mind, FUEGO’S staff and space at the Gannett Country Club effortlessly cultivates a warm, welcoming environment that attracts locals, fishermen, farmers, and guides daily.
